If your package is missing, (i.e. tracking says delivered but it is not there) please contact the carrier and file a claim, then please notify us with your claim information. We will do our best to accommodate you and your order.

 

International shipments: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for items/packages held at customs etc.
